Wednesday, September 27, 2023 - Site reviews will take place following the rain events.

Tuesday, September 26, 2023 - More site condition review will take place due to continuing rain events.

Monday, September 25, 2023 - Contractor is reviewing site conditions following the weekend’s rain events.

Friday, September 22, 2023 - Restoration will be reviewed throughout the project area. 

Thursday, September 21, 2023 - Punch list review will take place throughout the project area.

Wednesday, September 20, 2023 - The contractor will complete paving of the Public Works building lot.

Tuesday, September 19, 2023 - Contractor will be performing milling of pavement at the Public Works building parking lot. 

Monday, September 18, 2023 - Contractor is reviewing restoration throughout the project area. 

Friday, September 15, 2023 - Contractor will be sweeping and cleaning the project area.

Thursday, September 14, 2023 - Road striping will occur on Hammond Road and Township Parkway. Trail and roadway cleanup will take place throughout the project area. 

Wednesday, September 13, 2023 - Crews will be working on multiple tasks within the Railroad Right of way including milling the top layer of the existing pavement and paving a new bituminous layer. The remainder of the site will be reviewed.

Tuesday, September 12, 2023 - Crews will be working on multiple items within the Railroad right of way on Township Parkway including curb removal, curb pouring, trail removal, and trail tolerancing. Concrete pedestrian ramps will be poured in various locations along Hammond Road. 

Monday, September 11, 2023 - Paving is taking place on Township Parkway between Hammond Road and White Bear Parkway.

Friday, September 8, 2023 - Contractor is milling the roadway pavement on Township Parkway between Hammond Road and White Bear Parkway. Restoration will continue to take place on White Bear Parkway. Township Parkway will be prepped for paving to take place next week on Monday.

Thursday, September 7, 2023 - Contractor is working on adjusting utility structures on Township Parkway. Restoration and seeding will continue to take place at the trail along Township Parkway, White Bear Parkway, and storm sewer outlet areas.

Wednesday, September 6, 2023 - Contractor is working on restoration throughout the project area. This includes area along the trail, yards and boulevards, and storm sewer work areas. 

Tuesday, September 5, 2023 - Contractor will complete paving of the bituminous trail along White Bear Parkway and Township Parkway.

Friday, September 1, 2023 - Contractor is paving all of Hammond Road today. Contractor will also be tolerancing and prepping for paving in the trail area along Township Parkway and White Bear Parkway.

Thursday, August 31, 2023 - Contractor is working on adjusting utility structures throughout the project area. The trail on Township Pkwy and White Bear Pkwy is being prepped for paving. Hammond Road is being prepped for paving.

Wednesday, August 30, 2023 - Contractor will continue to work on restoration throughout project area. The milling machine will be working on Hammond Road. 

Tuesday, August 29, 2023 - Contractor is performing restoration throughout the project area. This includes yards, trail area, and storm pond area. Once the black dirt is completed they will work on sodding and seeding. 

Monday, August 28, 2023 - Contractor will begin working on restoration throughout the project site. This includes the trail area, yards, and storm pond area. 

Friday, August 25, 2025 - Contractor is digging to clean the pond on Hammond Road. The trail section located on White Bear Parkway will be milled today.

Thursday, August 24, 2023 - The pond on Hammond Road is being prepped for cleaning and maintenance work.

Wednesday, August 23, 2023 - Contractor is working on prepping the trail on Township Pkwy for paving. The pond on Hammond Road will begin to be prepped for maintenance and cleaning work.

Tuesday, August 22, 2023 - Contractor is continuing to clean storm aprons throughout the project area. Paving will take place for the trail sections located along Hammond Road.

Monday, August 21, 2023 - The trail is being prepping for paving to take place tomorrow. Contractor is working on installing a storm sewer structure as well as cleaning storm aprons located throughout the project area.

Friday, August 18, 2023 - Contractor is working on tolerancing and prepping the bituminous trail for paving. The storm sewer outlets will begin to be cleaned out. Irrigation repairs will take place in the afternoon. 

Thursday, August 17, 2023 - Tree removals will take place throughout the project area. The bituminous trail will begin to be prepped for paving.

Wednesday, August 16, 2023 - Contractor will be on site today to complete tree removals at various locations. Trail will be prepared for work to be completed later in the week.

Tuesday, August 15, 2023 - Contractor is patching blacktop in front of curb and driveways.

Monday, August 14, 2023 - Contractor will be working on site maintenance tasks. Curb and driveways will be reviewed.

Friday, August 11, 2023 - The contractor will be performing bituminous patching in front of concrete curb and driveways. Concrete driveways that were not poured earlier this week will be poured this afternoon.

Thursday, August 10, 2023 - Contractor will be working on site maintenance tasks. Concrete curb and driveways will continue to be reviewed.

Wednesday, August 9, 2023 - Concrete curb and driveways are being reviewed. Driveway and business access is continued to be coordinated. 

Tuesday, August 8, 2023 - Contractor is pouring concrete curb and driveways throughout the project area. 

Monday, August 7, 2023 - Concrete curb and driveways will begin to be poured today and continue to be poured tomorrow.

Friday, August 4, 2023 - Contractor is working on grading and prepping the gravel material on the trail. The site is being prepared for concrete pouring to take place next week starting on Monday. Residents and businesses will receive a flyer.

Thursday, August 3, 2023 - Contractor is performing curb and entrance removals on Hammond Road and Township Pkwy. Contractor will begin to grade and prep the gravel material for the trail on Hammond Road. 

Wednesday, August 2, 2023 - Curb and driveway/entrance removals are taking place throughout the project area.

Tuesday, August 1, 2023 - Contractor is milling and removing the trail on Hammond Road moving and Township Parkway. Curb removals are taking place on Township Parkway.

Monday, July 31, 2023 - Contractor is continuing to remove portions of curb throughout project area. They are working towards the east end of Hammond Road. 

Friday, July 28, 2023 - Contractor is cutting and removing portions of curb throughout the entire project area starting with Hammond Road near the west end.

Thursday, July 27, 2023 - Contractor is cutting and removing portions of curb and driveways starting at the west end of Hammond and working east.

Wednesday, July 26, 2023 - Construction and site preparation is taking place throughout the project area.
