Overview
Street maintenance is one of the largest and most expensive responsibilities of Township government. White Bear Township is continuing to make improvements to their Pavement Management Program to preserve the Town’s 42.9 miles of local roads, provide for the safe and efficient travel of its citizens, retain property values, keep the city attractive and desirable, and minimize costs to the property owners and taxpayers for the Town.
Project Information
On September 18, 2023, the White Bear Township Town Board ordered the preparation of a feasibility report for the Mallard Ponds Area Street Improvements. The street improvement areas are listed below:
- Mallard Ponds Dr (from Portland Ave to Sandterra Cir)
- Blue Bill Cir (from Mallard Ponds Dr to Culdesac)
- Sandterra Cir (from Pintail Ln to Culdesac)
- Pintail Ln (from Mallard Ponds Dr to Culdesac)
- Mallard Ponds Blvd (from Mallard Ponds Dr to Portland Ave)
- Red Pine Blvd (from County Rd J to Culdesac)
- Bayberry Dr (from Red Pine Blvd to Red Pine Blvd)
- Polar Bear Ln (from Bayberry Dr to Culdesac)
- Norway Pine Dr (from Bayberry Dr to Culdesac)
- Norway Pine Ct (from Norway Pine Dr to Culdesac)
